I write a little tutorial for those who want use some great SoC or CS models in CoC.
You need :
1 MilkShape 3D : http://www.milkshape3d.com/
with these last specific Russian Plugins : https://yadi.sk/d/q04vZyXIgRA9U
2 CoC SDK : http://www.moddb.com/mods/call-of-chernobyl/downloads/sdk-files-for-coc-full-editors-folder
So,first,we need to find the ogf model you want to convert.
For this tutorial ,I choose an awesome friend companion in mod Fallen Star : the Greek

http://imgur.com/a/iqwlp
It's a little the "Heroe" of the 4 Zaurus mods, and it will be the most important person in future mod "Last Stalker"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMe71qhOelQ
That man is awesome.
He look like the French actor "Jean Reno",in movie "Léon"

1 Conversion
We need to convert the model.ogf in model.object with the AXRToolSet Alundiao.
Or manually with the converter.exe in bin CoC,if you had the AXRToolSet installed.
You will have (once conversion done),a model.object,a model.bones and a model.skls ,but not always for skls.
Here for example the Greek have not his own motion.(Not important, the required is the model.object for the tutorial).

2 Textures files for the model
Now,we need to find all necessaries files for this model:I use OGFViewer.
The render is not very good but it's only necessary to find the name and the textures path of the model.

Then I look if all is correct in SDK 0.4 (SoC):

You can see on the screen I forgot a texture folder.

Now is better.
3 Work with MilkShape 3D
Now it's time to use MilkShape. We need to import our model :
Clic on Tools -> Converter -> [/b]

Once the model is loaded ,we only need to export it in CoP format->

Clic on Export -> Converter Stalker Cop Object.
And it's important to write the name enterely (here for example grec.ogf)in the little window,if not the model is not saved.
4 Work under Actor Editor CoC
First need to put the model files in correct path.
The model.object under rawdata\object and the textures files under gamedata\textures \act.
Need to install the script cop-cs.bones under Import folder.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/3qvo7pd1v1rxr6z/cop-cs.bones?dl=0
We open the new file ogf created. If all is good,no log or all is green in log.
In right part of Editor we need to select Object.
Need to work in four part Object,Surfaces,Motions,Bones
Object:
1 Bottom right need to double clic on the three point at user_data
2 A window appear and need to write #include "models\capture\stalker_neutral_1.ltx" for example to assign an existant model.
Surfaces :nothing to do
Motions :
Needed to assign correct animation to the model
- stalker_animation
- stalker_scenario_animation
- stalker_scripts_animation
- stalker_smart_cover_animation

Bones :
Click Load and choose the import file cop-cs.bones and OK .

If everything is well configured, you will have the confirmation :

We can be happy... the big is done!
We can export the model in a format model.ogf :

And finally now ,time to enjoy in game!
We have a new visual file avalaible under CoC,with correct number bones.
So there will be no deformed corpse when the PNJ die and all animations will be corrected.

Sorry if my English is not correct, tell me so that I can correct...I can't use spoilers

Here all the screens to can zoom to see the details :http://imgur.com/a/rpmVx
