well if it coc mod try winmerging coc xml into it.

It's a problem in ui_actor_menu.dds.
I had this problem with a texture hud I used.
I saw you have a new hud,so look these texture and certainely the little bars are not at the same place or modified.

So, i edit all files, ui_actor_menu.dds and actor_menu_item(16) problem no go ;/
EDIT: I Fix this, need edit some texture.
