Questions about Stalker/actor related scripts

I'd like to ask, which script file is responsible for creating stalkers? I mean, I want to set some parameters, when they spawn/initializing.

Also, in which script file should I look for an "event", when a stalker "notices" an another stalker, or the player?

the first spawn on new game is done by fill_start_position in sim_board.script, respawn during game is handled elsewhere i dont remember

the second one is total cancer and spans over several files i gave up on understanding it, one of those is xr_danger and who knows what else

Also connected to fill_start_position, I found this one:

I checked xr_danger, you are right. Maybe it is better, if I leave it in peace.
