AI/NPC's min distance to use weapon zoom?

Hi forum,

Is there a config line somewhere where one can set: the minimum distance (m) to where the AI/NPC's uses 'weapon is zoomed' when engaging a target?
NPC's seem to switch over at the 30m mark, from 'weapon is zoomed' to 'firing from the hip' when engaging.

Remember seeing this config line come by somewhere, but I didn't take note of where, so I forgot in which file it was (or if it exists in CoC at all).
