Lag during psi-storms

Hello everyone,

At first let me tell you that I've waited so long for this mod and since a few days I'm enjoying exploring the Zone once more, through this great mod.

The only problem is that I'm experiencing some lags during psi-storms (added by Atmosfear 3). I don't think it's a hardware issue because I used to play Misery 2.0 at maximum settings/60fps without any problem even during emissions.

This lag issue wasn't a problem until today: usually I stand still in a building waiting for the psi-storm to end, but today I had to fight my way through bandits to get into a shelter.

The lag I'm talking about isn't actually a FPS drop, but an input lag: everything plays normally but when I do an action (moving, aiming, shooting) I have sometimes 2-3 seconds of delay, while the ennemies move/shoot at me as if everything was normal.

I don't know if you can do something about this or even other players experience this, but I just wanted to report it.
