Weapons / Stuff questions

I read once or twice on the moddb page that there wasnt going to be any weapon edits. but those were a while ago and im curious as to if your changing much about the stock weapons, adding new weapons Ect. Also if your adding anything else item / weapon wise (i'm already aware of the SoC artifacts your going to re-add)

this is due to the fact i saw one or two videos and pictures with weapons that didn't look completely stock.

also will there be a selection of huds / choice to keep the default one ( i assume so im just asking ).
